    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I congratulate Sen. Mwaruma on that issue of compensation. My colleagues have delved so much and talked about Article 40 of the Constitution on Protection of Right to Property. In fact, Article 40(3)(b) says when there is a compensation by Government:- ―(i) requires prompt payment in full, of just compensation to the person.‖ It goes on and says, in Article 40(4), that it should be done in good faith."
