Ndindi where he says that it was even more difficult for the Committee to get any one from this company to come and testify before it. I think that in itself is the strongest testimony that this proposal by Hon. Kaluma should have been passed like yesterday. So, without belabouring the point, we should be given this to vote on it so that we pass it as fast as possible and it becomes part of the debate so that we can debate this going forward with the amendment on board."
