A company which had already been blacklisted or is insolvent in its own motherland comes here and gets business because of the loopholes in our law. In the 11th Parliament, as many of my colleagues have said, this law was passed and it was watertight. That is what the Committee should have employed when they were looking at this matter, so that they could relate the law, which was passed in the 11th Parliament, with this particular company and many other companies which would come in the same way.
