    "content": "It is my privilege to move this Motion on the discussion of the State of the Nation Address by H.E the President, which he delivered on 4th April 2019. This was the second one in the 12th Parliament as he is serving his second and last term as President. I am sure he did diligently as per the Constitution in the five years of his first administration. I want to first note the importance which the President gave on the transformation of our national economy. He said that it needs to be the engine of creating jobs."
