    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to thank the President for his Speech. The President concentrated on his main areas of his agenda during his term. The most important is food security. Before the rains, food security was a big issue in this country. Even when the rains are late, we are not sure whether they are going to be sufficient enough for crop growth. Therefore, the Government should not stop its effort to make sure that there is food security in this country. The most important thing is to ensure that there is irrigation in this country.
