    "content": "Government delivery services are not reaching other places. With regard to Huduma Namba, the Government has introduced things that will hinder other Kenyans from registering for Huduma Namba. We know that there are places where people do not have birth certificates and yet it is a requirement that one must have in order to get the Huduma Namba. The other day, we had problems registering school-going children. We are having problems getting National Identity Cards (IDs) in some areas. We expected the President to address those challenges that affect us. Even getting water is a problem in some places. During this period, we are still talking about a country that has no water, food and infrastructure. So, as I support this Presidential Address, I note that there are omissions."
