    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Allow me to also take this opportunity to thank the President for his Address on the State of the Nation. I also thank God for bringing me back to this House after a very long time of absence following an accident last year. By and large, we all appreciate His Excellency the President for a well coverage of the issues that he addressed. However, I still have to express the following sentiments: Food security is one of the Big Four Agenda. Some people in this country are very well fed while others are very hungry like the case of Turkana.
