    "content": "I expected the President to dwell seriously on food security because the activities surrounding it have never been clear to anybody here. When we talk about food security, most people think about subsidies, but if we learn from the developed world, there is no country which has succeeded purely on relying on subsidies. Therefore, I expected the President to come up with very clear activities which the country will implement to ensure that we are food secure. One of the activities which is very successful is farmer contracting. This is where farmers are contracted by the Government to produce a certain quantity at a certain assured price."
