    "content": "The President’s Speech was highly balanced. There was emphasis on security, which cannot be compromised under any circumstances and facts or factors that may prevail. It is vitally important to tighten security in our country. It may not be fair to hear that even Members of Parliament are complaining about their security being withdrawn or the security of the second highest office holder in the country being compromised at the county or whatever level. Security is important and it must be assured for every Kenyan, however big or small, and wherever he or she is. Therefore, I laud the Report from the President."
