    "content": "On the issue of universal healthcare, according to the policy of the Government, we are supposed to have 90 per cent coverage by the end of the term of this Government. However, according to what we are seeing, we will be far short of that. We do not seem to have a concrete way forward in terms of ensuring that every Kenyan has access to social health insurance that will make them access health services with an insurance cover. We need to come up with a blueprint that will help us achieve this."
