    "content": "Healthcare is also important for us. Healthcare is lagging behind although it is in the Big Four Agenda. A lot needs to be done. As a member of the Departmental Committee on Health, I have obviously advocated for the development of the health of the country and, in particular, areas that have been lagging behind. The Equalisation Fund should support communities that are lagging behind in such fronts. Therefore, I urge the President's Address to be supported wholly and completely, and all the recommendations that have been put forth be considered."
