I would want to applaud the address by the President especially on the issue of manufacturing. But, we do not want to just speak about the Big Four Agenda without factoring money into the Budget. In the last Budget there was nothing allocated for manufacturing, food security and the Housing fund which is becoming something else in this country. We need to get to a point where we should move a Bill in this House to form the Housing Fund Act, so that we can have a board to manage this fund because it will be the next big…"
