    "content": "Going forward, I think the institutions which are supposed to fight corruption are the Judiciary, Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC). We should now move from too much talk to action. Something else I liked about the President’s Speech is that this war must be fought within the confines of the law. We are the law makers and we are here to make laws. It is only fair that whatever laws are there we use them to fight corruption. Otherwise, if we do not do this it will turn around and come to haunt the country."
