    "content": "The other area we need to look at as a country is the tax regime to give investors confidence. I remember two years ago when the Cabinet Secretary, National Treasury, was introducing the Capital Gains Tax it brought a lot of problems to our stock market. When investors leave, getting them back into the country could take very long. We need to ensure we give stability in our tax regimes; how affairs are run in the country and how we can ensure that there is harmony."
