    "content": "As far as we are concerned, the BBI has given Parliament an opportunity to truly exercise its oversight role. As the Constitution has stated, the role of oversight rests with Parliament, the National Assembly and the Senate. If we fail to exercise our constitutional role, we should not blame anybody or the handshake because it was never going to be the responsibility of Hon. Raila Odinga to spend all his time doing other people’s work, yet you are mandated by the Constitution to oversee the national Government and the county government. Therefore, I want to urge my colleagues from whichever divide they are in, to do their duty and stop blaming other forces."
