    "content": " Thank you very much Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also want to add my voice on the President’s Speech. At the outset, I support the President’s Speech in line with the Constitution. This is a directive under Article 132 of the Constitution that, once in a year the President is required to address Parliament on three things which were well set in the last page of his Speech. He is expected to give talk on the efforts that have been made in terms of the national values under Article 10 and report on the progress made in fulfilling international obligations and thirdly the question of security. I will limit myself because of time to the first issue on principles and values under the Constitution."
