    "content": "I would particularly like to highlight the importance of the President’s Speech given that it is a constitutional requirement under Article 132 of the Constitution which spells out our national values and the principles of governance in our country. Many people may not be aware of the existence of this particular Article which is based on patriotism, national unity, devolution of power, the rule of law and democracy, human dignity, equity, social justice, inclusiveness, equality, human rights, non-discrimination and protection of the marginalised. This is a beautiful Article in our Constitution."
