    "content": "The President also talked about electricity. In the rural areas like Kaiti Constituency, little has been done about electricity especially on the Last Mile Connectivity. I was there yesterday and I was not pleased with the way they are doing it. I know if you are doing maximisation, those who are within 600-metre radius of a transformer should be connected with electricity. I was not happy to see some people get electricity while others are left out. These are people we represent and they cry to us. I want the Cabinet Secretary for Energy to do something about that."
