Senators, I would like to reiterate that in accordance with Article 123 of the Constitution and Standing Order No. 78, the Senate‟s approval on business affecting counties is carried only if a majority of all delegations; that is 24 delegations, are in support. I, therefore, urge all hon. Senators to remain in the Chamber for the transaction of business as scheduled and until their conclusion. I thank you."
