    "content": "My next point is with regard to the leasing of medical equipment. Our Committee has followed very closely the history of the equipment. We have seen the difficulties the House has been facing, including the Chairperson, in trying to panel-beat and shape the Committee on Health to bring cogent answers on this issue. Unfortunately, we have not received any cogent answers on the leasing of medical equipment. So, the Committee advises this House that until the grey area on leasing of medical equipment is clear, we should not give any money towards this item in this Budget for the simple reason that the figures have been changing every year. This House has been asking for the contracts but they are not there."
