    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, I want to make my submissions very brief. I will only vote for this Bill to go through once I am assured that Narok County will not lose money. The schedule that has been presented by the Committee shows that Narok County will lose Kshs183 million. That is money that can be used to build hospitals and water pans. It is a rainy season and our people do not have water, yet instead of us sending more money to the county governments, we are saying that the national Government can have all the money."
