    "content": "Article 202 of the Constitution provides for equitable share of revenue between the national Government and county governments. Looking at this particular formula that is being used, we cannot call this equitable. We will oppose this vehemently to ensure that the reduction of Kshs9 billion does not go through. If we allow this to go through the way it is, for sure, we are setting the counties to fail. We may accuse counties of corruption and other reasons.
