(i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that the 15-kilometre Nyega-Kiambururu-Kamuchege Road in Githunguri Constituency is in a deplorable state and impassable? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the construction of the said road to bitumen standards stalled, despite the project being awarded in June 2016? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
