    "content": "Hon. Members, before we go to the next Order, I have this Communication which I need to make. The next Order is the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 13 of 2018). I wish to first guide that, after consultations and because of some proposed amendments by some Members to the first Bill which is the Kenya Accreditation Service Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 17 of 2018), it has been resolved that, that Order or Bill be taken out of the Order Paper today so that their proposed amendments can be incorporated so that when the Bill is being considered in Committee, Members are in appreciation of what it is that other Members are proposing."
