I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended in the Schedule in the proposed amendments to the Betting and Lotteries and Gaming Act Cap. 131— (a) in the proposed amendments to section 2 by deleting the proposed definition of “Minister” and substituting therefor the following amendment— s.2 Insert the following new definition in its proper alphabetical sequence— “Cabinet Secretary” means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to Betting, Gaming and Lotteries. The Committee looked at the amendments and decided to delete all the proposed amendments because we are repealing the entire Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act, Cap. 131."
