    "content": "(b) by deleting the proposed amendment to Section 3(2A); The Committee deliberated on the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act Cap. 131 and saw all the amendments which were proposed to be inconsistent. The Act required full repeal because it was piecemeal and it was going to create inconsistencies. The Committee is repealing the whole Act and I can confirm today that the exercise was undertaken by the Budget and Appropriations Committee and it is ready for publishing."
