So, we just have to pronounce ourselves and make a decision as the House and vote, but to allow a Chair to withdraw would be terrible particularly with what Hon. Jomo has just said. If we were to be seen that we withdrew important things before the Assembly, it would be terrible. We just have to express ourselves by voting one way or the other."
