    "content": "Order, Hon. Lessonet. You cannot speak when I am speaking. The only thing that Hon. Kuria is doing wrongly is using the Floor of the House to advance his political ambitions. In as far as him alluding to there being an election sometimes later, it is a fact. We will have an election in 2022. If he wants to vie for a gubernatorial position, presidential position or anything else, it is his constitutional right. So, let us not belabour that point. Let me give the opportunity to Hon. T.J.
