    "content": "Were it not for the fact that legislation on betting, lotteries and gaming is a very important issue amongst the community, I probably would have gone the way of the Leader of the Majority Party that we must continue in spite of all these issues the chairmen of committees are bringing to us. We take time to research. Those reports are huge. We need them and we are not in those committees. We came here prepared to work on the legislation and then a Chairman, for some reason, says that the proposed legislation was done eight months ago and he does not even have a report. He must have it."
