(i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that many residents of Samburu East Constituency of Samburu County may not register for the National Integrated Information Management System (NIIMS), popularly known as Huduma Namba for lack of vital documents such as identification cards and birth certificates? (ii) What measures is the Ministry putting in place to ensure that the citizens of Samburu East Constituency will get the required documents before the end of the registration exercise?"
