"content": " Hon. Speaker, Hon. Junet is very mischievous in the sense that he is a member of the Mediation Team. In our last meeting today, he absconded. So, he should have just walked to my table and asked me what happened. As per Article 113 of the Constitution, definitely, we will bring a report to this House for it to agree. Hon. Junet, we do not want to discuss mediation matters. Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ and the Chair are here. We will consult you on what we will decide. We have given our views. Nothing is lost. I am sure we will bring the report by next week before we go on recess."
