    "content": " On a point of order, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. Although it would be time-saving to go the direction the Chair of the Committee of the whole House has proposed, I am worried. After reading the Report of the Committee, I realize that they do not seem to be coming forth, other than the fact that they are talking about a legislation which is still not before the House. They do not seem to be discussing the issue which you see in several clauses on the punitive aspect or the offences that are provided there."
