Leader of the Majority Party as the sponsor of the Bill that, to create a punitive regime on the offences will dissuade people who are in the gaming business. There are others who seem to suggest that such will discourage business in those sectors. So, he needs to tell us the philosophy that is informing why he is proposing these deletions. Is it just because there is some legislation which is coming, and which has not become our property? It has not come before us. Is the Leader of the Majority Party correct in prescribing some of those offences? So, the guillotine may not necessarily help the situation."
