    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I stand to support the Chair’s amendment. What is coming out is that in the amendment of this Act, there are many penalties. A few penalties have been picked out and changed grievously, leaving many other penalties which are quite small. I think there will be disharmony in that Act. I support the amendment."
