    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I stand to oppose that amendment because it does not matter what sort of betting it is. Betting is a luxury. You cannot tell me to deposit Kshs40,000 as security for betting. I oppose that. I support the Government in saying that we should increase that to Kshs20 million.
