The only thing that the Chairperson has done is to expound his proposal by spelling out (a) and (b) of subsection 36(1) whereas Wanga’s is a blanket of (1) and (2). If you read the Chairperson’s, amendment, it talks about 36(1)(a) and (b) and 36(2). It is the same thing. So, let us move on with the Chairperson’s amendments.
