    "content": "I wish to move my amendments to Section 3, the definition and interpretation section of the Dairy Industry Act. If you notice what is being introduced, currently, the provision says a producer means a person who produces, processes, manufactures, prepares or treats dairy produce. But the amendment seeks to introduce the word “import”, meaning a producer will be a person who imports. How can an importer be a producer?"
