    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Forgive me because I do not understand. The proposed amendment seeks to delete the definition of the word “producer”. So, what is the proposed amendment which is being deleted? I thought Hon. Millie has said under the definition of producer, she is uncomfortable with the word “importer”. This is not coming out clearly. In my view, she should have said that she seeks to delete the word “importer” under the definition of “producer” and come up… If she is deleting, she needs to clarify."
