    "content": "This is to align the Act with the recently enacted Health Act No.21 of 2017 which establishes the Office of the Director General for Health who shall be the technical advisor to the Government on all matters relating to health within the health sector. Since the original paragraph (e) of the Act provided for the Director of Medical Services as a member of NHIF Board, it will be prudent to substitute him with the Director General for Health as opposed to substituting with a person from the public sector."
