    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support the amendment by the Committee because it seeks to give the Cabinet Secretary power to appoint any person within the public sector. It needs to be very specific that the Director General of Health should be the representative. In the old Act, it is the Director of Medical Services. If we allow the Cabinet Secretary to appoint any other person from any other Ministry or any government institution, that will not be right, it has to be someone within the health sector and that person is the Director General of Health. I support the amendment."
