Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I have looked at the provisions contained in the Bill and to some extent, I agree with the Committee in deleting the specific sub-clause because as we stand now, the focus should be to strengthen our health services and not to contemplate entering into arrangements for specialised treatments in other countries. Secondly, knowing the history of this country and the poor management at the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF), we feel that this could be an avenue for another corruption scandal. So, I totally agree and support the amendment by the Committee. Thank you."
