Temporary Deputy Chairlady, when we get to Section 30(3), it proposes the deletion of the proposed new subsection (3) and substituting therefor the following new subsection “(3) The Board shall use the regulations prescribed under section 29(1)(d) of this Act to enter into contracts with health service providers.”. It will be right to delete it but, substituting it makes it redundant, however, I do not think it will cause any harm. So, I agree with the Chairman’s amendment."
