    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. History has come to haunt us and that is why we have proposed these amendments. In my reasonable understanding, quoted equities are as liquid as government securities and fixed deposit accounts are as liquid as government securities. Whereas this seems to be a laudable approach, there is danger lurking in it. I suggest that the Chairperson rethinks this proposed amendment so that as we remove property we can, probably, fix deposit guaranteed funds and leave equity and government securities for purposes of this particular section. Thank you."
