    "content": " I beg to move- THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended in the proposed amendments to the National Hospital Insurance Fund Act No. 9 of 1998- (f) by inserting the following new amendment immediately after the proposed amendment to section 16 – S.21 (1) Delete the word “Hospital” and substitute therefor the word “Health”. This amendment seeks to bring this section in line with the amendments proposed in the Bill so as to change the name of the card from National Hospital Insurance Card to National Health Insurance Card. We are substituting “hospital” with “health”. Again, as you may see on the Order Paper, the New Sections 22(1A) and 22(5) are part of what has since been dropped by Hon. Sossion. Hon. Members, I beg your pardon. We need to complete New Section 21(1)."
