Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to go on record that when we deal with Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bills, Chairs of Committee are expected to have filed reports with this House. So, they must be here, apart from the Mover of the Bill. At least the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning has now come. Section 6 is on vacation of office of those members. So, if we are to retain then, then we can also not remove how they vacate office. So, I support that, but on the public private partnership sections and public procurement, I think the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning can now answer questions as we move forward."
