    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, this part actually shows what I was talking about in terms of governance. It is now giving the role of the Committee to the Cabinet Secretary. So, what it basically does is to replace the word “Committee” wherever it appears with the words “Cabinet Secretary”. It does help in terms of accountability and good governance. I am proposing that we amend as per the Order Paper. It is in tandem with my previous amendments."
