    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. We had this proposed amendment in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill. At the same time, there was a substantive Public Private Partnership Bill which is still at the Senate now. The decision was made that the amendments in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill relating to Public Private Partnership be moved to the substantive law. That was the request by the National Treasury. Instead of the amendments being considered in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, they were moved to the substantive law which was already in this House. As a Committee, we did exactly what Hon. Millie is doing. We reinstated the Committee. I have just recollected because it was in the last Session. I have confirmed that the Bill is still in the Senate. Therefore, we need to get the view of the Leader of the Majority Party on how we will proceed with Hon. Millie’s amendments."
