Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended in the proposed amendments to the Public Private Partnership Act, 2013 (No.15 of 2013) by― (w) by deleting the proposed amendments to the First Schedule. You can see the First Schedule is about the conduct of business and affairs of the committee. If we delete it, it means we will have a committee without regulations as to how they conduct their business. I propose, in light of what we passed earlier, that we retain this one."
