It will read as follows: “In appointing members under paragraphs (e) and (f), the appointing authority shall take into consideration gender representation, ethnic diversity, youth and representation of persons with disability under Article 27 of the Constitution.” I have only added the words “under Article 27 of the Constitution.”"
