    "content": "THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended in the proposed amendments to the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act by— (a) inserting the following in the amendments proposed to Section (2)— Delete the definition of the term “goods” and substitute therefor the following new definition— \"goods\" includes raw materials, plant and animal products, equipment, commodities in solid, liquid or gaseous form, electricity and services that are incidental to the supply of the goods, works and services."
